For venues already running Toast

Already running Toast? Keep it.

We are not a point of sale and we are not asking you to swap one. We put a tablet on each table that catches the orders your staff never get to, and your staff ring those through Toast exactly as they do now.

What changes

Your Toast setup does not move.

Your payments stay where they are

We never touch a card, a cash drawer or a tip. Toast handles your tickets, your payments and your reporting. None of that changes. We are not in the payment path, which is why we take no commission on anything the screen sells.

Your staff learn nothing new

No second till, no new login, no software for anyone to be trained on. An order arrives on a phone with the table number on it, and your server rings it in the way they ring in every other order.

There is no integration, and that is deliberate

Nothing connects to your Toast account. Nothing needs permission from Toast. Nothing breaks when Toast ships an update. The tablet is a device on your table, not a plug-in on your system.

Your menu lives on both

You tell us the handful of items worth putting in front of a seated guest, usually the high-margin ones people forget to ask for. Those go on the screen. Everything else stays in Toast.

What happens

How an order reaches you.

01

The guest taps Order

Between ads, the screen shows your own specials. A guest who wants another round taps the screen rather than looking round the room for someone.

02

They pick from your items and add their name

A short list, chosen by you. The name is so your staff can call it rather than hunt for the table.

03

Your server's phone buzzes

The ticket arrives with the table number on it, routed to whoever covers that section. Anything left too long is flagged to a manager.

04

Your server rings it into Toast

Same keystrokes as any other order. It lands in your reporting, your payments and your end of day exactly as it would if the guest had said it out loud.

Straight answers

The questions Toast users ask.

Do I have to replace Toast?

No. Toast stays exactly as it is. The tablet sits alongside it and never touches your payments.

Does the tablet integrate with Toast?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. The order reaches your server's phone and your staff key it into Toast. If you need a true integration, we are not that yet.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Not the hardware, not the fitting, not a monthly fee, and no commission on what your guests order. The local businesses advertising in the rotation pay for all of it.

What do you get out of it?

We sell the advertising that plays between your slides. We never run an ad for a business that competes with you, and that is a clause in the agreement rather than a favour.

Am I tied in?

Month to month, no minimum and no term. Either side can end it with 30 days written notice. We collect the devices within 14 days and nothing is owed either way.

What do you need from us?

Wifi, somewhere to park the charging cart overnight, and somebody who will look at the order screen. The tablets run a full day of service on a charge.

Keep Toast. Add the tables.

Tell us roughly how many tables you have, how busy it gets and how long people usually stay. That is enough to say whether this is worth either of our time. Easier before the lunch rush or after it? Either works, and we bring a tablet with us so you can hold it rather than picture it.
