What happens
From a conversation to a working room.
We come and look at the room
Table count, how long people sit, and where the charging cart can live overnight. A short visit, and you leave with the numbers we work from rather than a pitch.
We fit the tablets
Mounted, on your wifi, playing the same day. If one dies we replace it. If one takes a coffee, we replace that too.
Your own slides go in the rotation
We never run two paid ads back to back, so every advertisement in your room is followed by a slide of yours: specials, events, menu items. You are not limited to one. Tell us what to put up and we change it at no charge.
Guests start ordering from the table
They scan the tablet, order on their own phone, and add their name. The ticket lands on your screen with the name on it so you can call it.
What the screen does between orders
Half the loop, at most, is ever sold.
We sell at most half of any rotation, and never two paid ads back to back, so every advertisement is followed by one of yours. That is the only reason anybody is still looking by the time the next one comes round.
It charges their phone too
A built-in cable covers USB-C, micro-USB and the older iPhone connector, and there is a USB port for anyone who brought their own. A guest on 4% has a reason to sit down.
Slides run 15 seconds
Long enough to read, short enough that nobody sits through the same one twice in a visit.
Category exclusivity
We will never run an advertisement for a business that competes with you. It is a clause in the agreement, not a favour.

The questions we always get.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Not the hardware, not the fitting, not a monthly fee, and no commission on what your guests order. The businesses advertising in the rotation pay for all of it.
Do you take a cut of the food?
No. We are not in the payment path at all. The tablet tells your staff what somebody wants, and your staff put it through your own till. There is nothing for us to take a cut of.
Who decides which ads run?
We do. Rikabi Group sells and schedules the advertising, and that is what pays for your hardware. What you get in writing is category exclusivity: we will never run an advertisement for a business that competes with you.
What do you need from us?
Wifi, somewhere to park the charging cart overnight, and somebody who will look at the order screen. That is the whole list. The tablets run all day on battery, so no table needs to be near an outlet.
It charges phones as well?
Every unit. One end has a short built-in cable covering USB-C, micro-USB and the older iPhone connector, and the other side has a USB port for a guest’s own cable. It costs you nothing and it is the reason a table turns over slower, in the way you want it to.
What do we have to do every day?
Put the tablets on the charging cart at close. That is the whole job. They run a full day of service on a charge, and we supply the cart and the cables.
Does this replace waiting staff?
No, and we would not sell it as if it did. It takes the small repeat orders, another coffee or more water, off your floor so your staff spend the time on the tables that need them.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, with no minimum and no term. Either side can end it at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We collect the devices within 14 days and nothing is owed either way.
How many slides of our own do we get?
One after every advertisement. We never run two paid ads back to back, so the more advertising your room carries, the more of your own specials run alongside it.
Can we change what is on them?
Send us the change and we make it, at no charge. There is no editor for you to log into and no software for your staff to learn. You tell us, we publish, and every screen has it about two minutes later.
